The project is the first stage of the Badrah residential development at “Dubai Waterfront”, owned by M/s Nakheel who is one of market’s leading developers in Dubai. The project consists of 146 town houses and 8 No’s G+4 apartment buildings providing residential amenities, and is located along Sheikh Zayed Road close to Dubai’s new International airport and the 2020 World Expo.
